Case Study: Webinars for Law Squared & Procurious

Did you know many webinars are actually pre-recorded? Businesses do this for a couple of reasons: one, to make sure the final result is polished and packed with professional audio and visual content; and two, it gives them the flexibility to schedule the broadcast for a time that works best for their audience.

Not only do these webinars reach a larger audience than an in-person event, but they’re often easier and more affordable to run, especially if you’re hosting them on an ongoing basis.

As part of our video production service, we support clients with webinar hosting, filming and editing.

Here’s a look at two recent projects we worked on.

Law Squared Webinars

We partnered with Law Squared to produce a series of eight webinars this year. Our services included pre-recording, editing, and setting up the Demio platform and registration page where the broadcast would be hosted.

The process is fully remote – as part of our remote recording, we have a team member on hand virtually for tech support and audio-visual assistance to the speakers. During the editing process, we add in client-branded graphics and backgrounds, plus we also polish the recording to remove any cuts or breaks, so the final video runs smoothly.

Finally, we conducted a rehearsal by playing the pre-recorded content through the Demio platform using automated scheduling, as a trial-run for the actual day. After the webinar, we delivered analytics to help Law Squared refine or tweak future sessions.

Procurious Webinar

Procurious reached out to us to help produce a webinar on AI earlier this year. We pre-recorded and edited the speakers’ segments remotely, polishing any breaks and incorporating the provided graphics, skins, and frames. In addition to this, we edited the webcast recording to include scene switching (single to multi-presenter view) and applied animation on the opening and closing graphics.

What made this one unique? While the speakers were pre-recorded, we filmed the host live from her office as the event was being broadcast. The final webcast was streamed via Vimeo and embedded directly on the client’s website.
