STEM is very much engrained in Coca Cola Amatil and there are countless examples of this within the business. Our Quality team utilise science to ensure our product is made safely and to specification. Our maintenance and engineering team execute projects which improve how we manufacture and distribute product and are constantly innovating and utilising the latest technology to ensure our plant is running efficiently.

To be a competitive business, STEM is constantly utilised and helps our manufacturing plant and distribution services run as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Coca-Cola Amatil is a beverages bottler which manufactures and distributes products all across the country and in New Zealand, Indonesia and across Oceania. Within CCA, there is a wide variety of jobs.

The Manufacturing team includes operators, team managers and production managers. This team run the machines and physically make the product and package it.

The Quality, Food Safety and Environment Team ensure our products are made safely and to specification and innovate to lower our environmental footprint.
The Maintenance team include fitters, electricians, coordinators/schedulers and engineers. This team maintains the equipment in our manufacturing plants and enable the machines to run as efficiently as possible.

The Planning Team determine how much and what type of product needs to be made and put together the production plans for our manufacturing plants.
The Engineering Team identify and execute capital projects that improve the quality, safety and efficiency of our manufacturing plants.

The Distribution and Services team deliver our products to all of our customers and coordinate how this is achieved so as to do so efficiently and safely. They store our finished goods and coordinate how these are delivered to our customers.
This is by no means a comprehensive list of all of the jobs available within Manufacturing and Distribution and Services. Coca Cola Amatil works as a business because of the cross functional support of all of the teams and its interdisciplinary nature.
